Chicken puff takes me back to 90s Kolkata bakeries. Egg puff takes me back to early Bangalore mornings, PG life, and quick snacks with juice. Making them now in Copenhagen felt different. Less about getting it perfect, more about sharing the story and making puffs with my growing-up kid.
Winter in Copenhagen is dark and damp, but December softens it. Homes glow quietly, canals fill with candlelit kayaks on Santa Lucia Day, and Christmas markets hum with warmth, glรธgg, and unhurried conversations. You arrive bracing for winter and leave understanding why the city leans into it.
